Our Story

​Frankfort Chophouse is a story decades in the making - rooted in family, resilience and the pursuit of the American dream.

Ace's story begins with an immigrant family who arrived to America with little more than determination and an unwavering belief in hospitality. In his culture, the table is sacred: you feed people well and make them feel at home. That belief guides everything we do today.

Ace's father began his journey as a dishwasher, worked his way up to cook and eventually became an owner - transforming opportunity into a multigenerational family business. Built through long hours and a commitment to doing things the right way, that legacy became the foundation for everything that followed.

In the 1990s, Frank joined the family restaurant as a cook. Like Ace, he came to America as a child, shaped by the understanding that hard work wasn't a choice but the path forward. Frank is a dreamer, full of energy and vision. Where Ace carries tradition, Frank brings momentum. Together, they turn ideas into places.
